I've been a client since 2008,
Had couple of issues but still kept the business.
They never told me that the domain was expired,i got a new one not to pay the hi fee.
Got a new domain.
Now the web is not working properly.
My clients can't log, there are no pics ,I am an artist so that makes the site ridiculous.
Contact customer service,no solution.
By phone they don't answer,by chat
no solutions.
It supose that we have to be an erudite in computers to work with them ,as they don't provide solutions, only tell people what to do in a complicated language.
Sorry to work with them,
if you are not an expert in computers get somebody else.

I have used Startlogic as a testing server for sometime (3years). It was until recently that I decided to host a couple of production ready websites. As i started to load data into the database, the server got slower and slower. I have been emailing with customer service on this issue for about a week, and I have always being told that they are aware of the issue and working on it. Today the sites were down completely (Error 500).

I called customer service and I could tell immediately that I was talking to someone in India, but I played along.

After telling the customer service rep the whole story (she had no clue that I had been emailing with them for a week!) she said that all she could do was to 'upgraded the ticket' -

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Server uptime is about 40% and customer service is worst than anything else.

sadly to hear this. We are here trying to help.
By procedure, you can create email to support and request for account cancelation. Once they confirm the account cancelled, you can keep the confirmation email as future reference.

when they charge you again, contact support and attached with the confirmation letter that you have. You might be having other account running, or something, get explaination for it.

When resolution can't be achieved, you can always filled a dispute case with your credit card company, and get back your money 100%.

I signed up for this service and then cancelled it a few days later since it was not very good. Now 2 years later they are still trying to charge my bank account for web hosting services, saying they are hosting a website for me. I have attempted to cancel this over and over. Every time I do they say it is cancelled, but then continue to try to take money out of my bank account - which is basically trying to steal from me. They now say I owe almost $90 for services I have never recieved or used.
